somethings wrong with my mouse and desktop

hi, i had problems with my mouse if i double left click it turns into right click then i have to right spam some time to get it back to normal. also when i had programs up for example like diablo 3 and skype, while im playing diablo 3 and i try to check skype it wont let me click on skype aswell as other programs. i tend to fix this temporarily by doing Ctrl+Alt+Delete. while playing diablo 3 it gets worse to the point that when i play diablo my character moves on its own because my right click is stuck every 10 seconds pretty much.:shock:i want to fix this problem fully so i have no problems.

I know I'm new here, but my first thoughts are to find the driver for your specific mouse and re-install it, or to get a new mouse.
Since I don't know what mouse you use, I wouldn't know the driver. Even if I did, I probably wouldn't know where to find a copy to re-install. Sorry about that.

In the Control Panel / Mouse/ see if "Click lock" is on. Also, some programs, mostly games "steal focus" so you can't get out of it's screen with the pointer.
