CPU/Disk issues after forced update

My PC reset itself yesterday to apply an update. It all seemed to be going fine until I was unable to boot my PC up beyond the Lenovo screen. I tried restore points, running a diagnosis, running an auto-repair, but nothing worked. Eventually, I gave up and chose a windows refresh. My computer boots now, but it has a consistently high disk usage and sporadic CPU spikes.

Looks like the highest thing in my CPU usage is the Windows Module Installer Worker. Attached some screenshots. Not sure if they'll be of any use. I'm not too tech-savvy.
