Solved Using Advanced System Care
I Wanted some insight and opinions on using a cleaning program on Windows 8.1. I have been using Advanced System Care for over 5 years on my other computers and it has been a asset.
I have a new laptop and debating on using "Advanced" on the new Windows.
Opinions are greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

You don't need it. Get
malwarebytes and use whatever anti-virus you like. I use defender which is built into Windows.
You don't need a defragmenter or a registry cleaner or any of the other programs it downloads.
