Finding and uninstalling least used programs

In an attempt to reduce the size of my C: drive ( a 120Gb SSD) (most of my programs are installed on E: drive which is 1 Tb. I followed this thread:


windows - Tools to detect programs that are used infrequently or are never used - Super User

and in control panel/programs and features I now have a column that says last used on at the top.

However it is empty.

How can I list the most infrequently used programs?

Thanks for that - the first one I see that I haven't used for a long time isant in programs and features to uninstall - why would that be and how do I uninstall it?
