Weird problems after restoring Windows 8

Hello,

I had some heating problems with my laptop and it turned out that it is the hard disk and I had to replace it. To keep my configured Windows and all applications I have made a backup which I installed on the new hard drive. Now I have some issues with my Windows that I can't resolve - first, sometimes may be one on three or four times when I turn on my laptop I see a black screen, explorer.exe is not loading. I have tried to start it through the Task Manager, but nothing happens, I just have to restart it and pray to boot normally. The second major problem that I have noticed is that PC Settings is not working, I see the light blue screen with the nut for a second and after that I am sent back to the start menu. I have tried a few things but the problem still exists. I have attached the log from CBS, it seems that there are some missing or corrupt files but I do not know how to fix it. I would be very grateful if someone tells me what exactly means this log and how can I save my Windows. Thank you.

Hi my2cents, thanks a lot for the help! I have tried with this command <dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth>, but there was a message that it could not fix all of the corrupted files, I restarted but there was no change. I decided to combine SFC and DISM and this time I've got messages that everything is repaired after both of them. I restarted and then something weird happened - I opened PC settings it was working properly, but after a few seconds it signed out and there was the black screen...
