Samsung Ultrabook Np-530U4C-S01 High Ram Usage

I see multiple instances of Google Chrome running. Can't explain why so many instances are running simultaneously. You might want to consider switching to IE or Firefox and uninstalling Chrome. Hope my suggestion helps you. Good luck.

OK, I can clearly see 8 instances of Chrome running simultaneously, and there may be more below your screenshot, and since I can only make suggestions based on what information is available, I'm outta ideas so hang in there and someone else will be along to help you shortly.

the more ram you give Windows to use the more it will use just on bootup .but it will release it quickly to be used by other programs you run/open after bootup ,having said that my own is only using 1 gig ,but i use microsoft Autoruns program to disable almost all .startup programs
almost 1/2 gig of ram being used on the 8 instances of chrome shown in the pic, so it has some affect ,

scroll down the process list ,and show us more of what using the ram
