Solved Characters appear as "???" instead of letters.

Hello,
I need help with the character problem. Sometimes the letters appear as "èðîâà" and sometimes as "??????". What should I do to make those characters readable?
P.S I want to read Russian text

Thanks for replying. I already have a language pack installed and now trying to re install it maybe that will fix it.

Have you tested to write some Russian on the keyboard, since that's the input languange?

You should try to make it the primary language (first option). But then all Windows will be in Russian, if that's OK, see the message again.

I can write with it and I tried making it primary language, it does not help unfortunately.

Is that game the only program in Russian that has problems? Then it's not the system's fault.

No, it is not the only one, note pad is also having issues.

Lapiz, have you tried the language bar options?

I finally managed to fix the problem by changing system locale.
