Paragon Partition Manager Home freebie - is it any good?

I notice that Paragon have a 2-day giveaway (on their
Facebook page, which you have to Like) for what is described as "Paragon Partition Manager 12 Home Special Edition".
Not sure what makes it "Special", apart from being free for a couple of days.
Is it any good/ worth downloading? I don't have a UEFI setup if that makes a difference.
