Got DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and metro apps want run

I have an OCZ-AGIl ITY3 ssd, amd radeon HD 6570 graphics card, amd fx4100 cpu and win 8 of course. Where do I look for the bug report? Desktop apps seem to be working.

Did a system restore, now i only have 4 items in the metro screen, file manager, internet explorer, desktop and store tiles. Store tile doesn't open. emptied my taskbar. Left desktop icons. Won't go to pc settings from the charm bar.
