Solved Clock stops showing correct time in Taskbar

Hi,
The time is not shown correctly in my task bar, this happened for second time, when it happened a month ago, I just changed the time, has this happened to anyone else?

EDIT: When I re-booted it shows the correct time.

By any chance did you have your Laptop battery out and power cord unplug prior to this happened ???

This is usually the sign of your CMOS battery going bad, your Laptop is probably a few year old. Please unplug the power cord, take out the battery, hold down the power button for few seconds, wait for a few minutes then put everything back in, power up your Laptop and note the time, if it changes then You need to replace it. NOTE: Without power cord & Battery plugged in. CMOS Battery is the only power source to keep your clock & BIOS Settings current, if it's dead, incorrect time will display, BIOS Settings might get corrupted or set back to factory defaults and in some case Windows updates will fail because of incorrect time.

Yes, this is happening all the time with me. This morning at 8:20am, the time on the task bar reads "6:34 PM" .. Most of the time, my fix is to hit the windows key to go to the tile view and then back again to desktop and it shows the correct time. But this morning it is not working at all. I'm going to try and reboot. (Desktop machine).
