Hey, I'll try my best to explain my problem. When I restart/shutdown windows, it closes as usual but doesn't completely turn off. The fans and case LEDs stay on. I've done some searching but it seems like nobody has come up with anything concrete as to why this happens or how to fix it. I've disabling the fast startup thing but it didn't work. Tried looking in my bios to find something that jumps out but I don't really know much about it.
I've just installed windows on a fresh install after upgrading my mobo/processor, but I'm not using any drivers that I was using prior to my clean install and I've never had it happen before. When I flashed my BIOS, it prompted me for a reboot and it rebooted fine so I don't know where the problem lies. Any advice? Thanks
