Preparing Automatic Repair, Diagnosing your PC loop

So I bumped some problems so I decided to restore my laptop.

The whole thing froze so I decided to restart hoping it would go back to 0 and I'd just move on, but when I turned my computer back on it started to loop saying "Preparing Automatic Repair" and then it would have a quick black screen and say "Diagnosing your PC" loop.

There's no CD with it so the hopes of restoring it like that is gone, but I was wondering if there was a way to fix this myself? Otherwise I'll send it back or take it in to a shop. And Shift and F8 doesn't work either so.. :(

Thanks, guys! :)

If you didn't make one.. search for and download an appropriate bit number... system repair disc iso. Boot it off that, and then run the system repair from it 3x in a row.
