Disk + Memory Usage ~100%

Hello. For the past couple days, my computer has been running pretty slow, and it shouldn't be, it's only a few weeks old. The disk usage goes up to 99/100%, my computer slows down/lags, stays like that for awhile, returns to normal, and repeats. My memory usage is at 94% (7.5/8gb) at all times, and i'm not doing anything on my computer except running chrome with a few tabs opened. If anyone could help me solve these problems or point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Rad, welcome to the forums, open the task manager and see which programs are running in the back ground. Post the snip of your task manager.
