cannot access Library folders keep getting LIBRARY-MS File

For some reason if I go to the libraries where is has Documents, Music, Pictures and Video I cannot open anything it just says LIBRARY-MS File. I can access the folders if I click on computer, C drive, users etc. I have tried deleting the -MS files right clicking on Libraries and clicking Restore Default Libraries I have also tried making a new user account, adding folder to libraries, even reinstalled Windows 8. Any suggestions?

Did you first set up a Homegroup with the other machines in your network?

I don't believe the Library folders will function unless a Homegroup has been set up.

I don't believe it has anything to do with homegroup setup, I don't use homegroup for my local networking and disabled them all and I don't have any problem described by the OP.

To fix this problem in Windows 8 it says to delete the Library folders then to restore defaults.

If this problem is occurring after a reformat you might consider using a different copy of Windows 8 to install from.

How To Get Quick Access to Library?
I just upgraded to W8P and can't figure out how to quickly access Library to get to Music, Pictures, etc. which I do frequently. With W7 it was two clicks on the Start button. I've created a Computer tile on the Start page to access it, but I'm thinking there must be a better way.
