hi,not sure about samsung ,but most of these utility can be uninstalled ,by simply going to control panel programs and feature and uninstalling any crap installed by samsung , like samsung utility or how ever they have it named
found a list of the utilites/bloateware that the Samsung has , and a bit of a discusion on what sompeople use or uninstall .
