    I used Windows ME in a laptop for a couple of years. Never had a problem with it. Upgraded to XP when it was available.

I deleted restore point " before universal theme patcher"
I tried to get rid of it but i cant anymore ; i get a black screen even in safe mode; the only way to make my system boot up again is to restore it back to the state with the Ultra UX theme patcher installed. Does anyone has the same problem or a fix for it?
Can I disable "Legacy Support" in the BIOS?

FIle history stuck in "Restore in progress"
I have build a new pc, went to turn on File History and set it up and it began to restore from an old build. It is not restoring (and i don't need it too) but it is stuck. It won't turn off, or finish or fail. Been weeks now. The location does exist, but regardless, I have deleted the files...
