Cannot Copy Paste File on Windows 8 Pro

hello,

i'm having a little problem on my windows 8
i can't copy a file , open a command prompt on admin mode and do a right click on a file.

what should i do to resolve the issue ? please help me

Also having same/similar problem. I select file, Copy, go to folder where I want the file, click on Paste and Explorer crashes.
