Solved Homegroup password not accepted

New Windows8Pro x86 upgrade from Win7 Pro saving all settings.

Homegroup is no longer joined with other Win7Pro computer

Attempted to join Homegroup via Win8 settings- password not accepted

I KNOW the password is correct - I know it is case sensitive

Any suggestions?

In order to fix this type of problem you should leave the Homegroup from all Homegroup machines in your network then create a new Homegroup and rejoin from all machines. Most other Homegroup problems can be fixed by using the trouble shooter in the link below.
