Sharing my documents to my homegroup

Okay so I have Windows 8 consumer preview. I absolutely love it. Only thing I cannot figure out is why everytime I restart it forgets my sharing preferences. I have to go to My Documents every morning and right click on that folder and go to sharing, then share with homegroup and edit. I have a master program that everyone here at my office has to access. If this file doesnt get shared then they cant get in. Its really annoying. I had to come in late the other day and my boss was freaking out because he didnt know what was wrong and i had no signal on my cell phone! it was a nightmare... how do i keep it shared permanently?:mad::mad:

Once you see this type of problem you should leave the Homegroup from all machines that are in the Homegroup then set up a new one and rejoin from all machines. This might be a pain if it's a large network but that is what works for these types of problems.

The office workers should also have access to your Documents folder by default through the Workgroup in case the Homegroup isn't working.

Im confused, should i make a new workgroup? or homegroup?

After leaving the Homegroup from all machines create a new one and rejoin from all machines. This will clear the "Windows Credentials Cache" and will fix the problems you are having with Homegroup folder access.

The Workgroup is enabled by default when you set up a Homegroup. That is what the "Network" is for in Windows Explorer, so even if the Homegroup fails the other networked Homegroup machines should still be able to access the Documents folder by going to Network>Your user name-PC>Users>User name>Documents. :)

I included a screen shot of this.
