Mobile connects to Windows 10 Hotspot but NO Access

I have a windows 10 laptop connected to a wireless router. When I share the connection to my android mobile through hotspot , it connects but there is No Access to the internet. Laptop shows " Devices connected to hotspot : 0 " . I tried ICS and RRA controls setup to "Automatic(delayed) " start up type ,but no use. Can i get some help??
