Credential Network Password

Hi there,

I have been struggling to get a program to work, we have seven computers connected together and everything seems to be in order. I can access all the computers. but we have one program, installed on only one computer and we need to access this program, I still worked on the program last week, now its asking me for network passwords, and I have no idea what they are!! Please if anyone can help me....
