Problem with internet connectivity (event 1002 often)

Hi guys, i need your help to fix a problem with my laptop since a week or so i m getting the event 1002 almost every 15 mins, when it happens my internet connection works pretty slow and sometimes i lose all connectivity to internet, when this happens i can t restart the service, i try to reboot the router but it doesn t work, i try to disable/enable the ethernet connection but the program just crash. After that i have to reboot windows but it doesn t work it tries to reboot like for 15 mins and then i get an error message in a cyan background telling me that windows just crashed it will restart after getting some info of the problem.

some info :
- I use windows 8.1
- I use Ethernet connection
- In the event viewer of windows i get this message pretty often :
