Wi-Fi connection drops every 10 min to limited

Hi i have an HP laptop forgot the name of the laptop but i can give it no problem just gotta go search a little bit i got Windows 8.1 64-bit and I have an wifi driver - Reaktek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter - thats what it says in the device manager i have everything updated to the latest all drivers and everything but the problem is the connection drops every 5 min i have turned the option on Power Management 'Allow the computer to turn of this device to save power' to OFF so i dosent deactivate the driver randomly i have it set to use maximum performance from power plan settings but every 10 min or 15 it goes to Limited if i run the troubleshooter it fixes it and says 'Fixed problem with default gateway' but that still dosent stop dropping the next 10-15 min samething happens but this time it says there is problems starting the driver or that it cant start and it converts my Wi-Fi to Ethernet cable wich i dont have and after that i cannot start the driver anyway no way to start it after that i need to restart my PC so it can fix and do all the same stuff in the next 30 min it really annoys me i'm desprate for help :(

must be drivers.. try this and see what it says listed for your network card..

then look up drivers for that specific card..

then search google for "limited ""name of specific model card from speccy"" see what other people have changed to fix it..

sometimes it's something in the settings of the adapter.. and sometimes it's firewall settings..

do you have any programs that do anything with your firewall or etc? comodo or windows firewall control etc..

It isnt sadly ive tried like a million driver only happens on my Router here in UK Virgin Media Super Hub 2 or 1 if im on other router it dosent happen

Yes and the even funnier thing is that on this router here in UK my adapter also shuts down and i need to restart ive tried 2 other routers and this thing never happend once!
