Network Problems with NO Solution at all.

Hello everyone, i came here after google led me here, while searching for my problem. I'll try yo describe it as simple as possible. I literally tried EVERYTHING, to solve my network problems on my desktop pc, but nothing helped or even improved the current situation. All of my devices connect to internet via Wi-Fi, but only my desktop pc seems to be having network issues, like: Slow Speed, unable to see or connect to my modem, connection constantly drops, for no reason and then returns. But this isn't limited to wireless connection, even if i plug it with an ethernet cable, and put the pc near the modem (30cm or less), it will still have the same issues.

    This is what i tried:
-I reinstalled Windows untill i lost count.
-Replaced hard drives, bought a SSD, new hdd.
    -Bios Flash
-Replaced wireless adapters (tried with USB adapters, PCI-E adapters)
    -Replaced 4 different modems

I even tried Linux and i get the same results. Desktop pc is the only one having this problem, the rest of my devices get full speed (Smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc), also tried getting everyone out of the network, leaving only the desktop pc, didn't work at all. I posted in several other places but got no solution, anyone here knows what could be the problem? Or do i get rid of this pc?

    Thank you.

Sounds like a bad driver or bad Wifi adapter. Get a USB Wifi Dongle and see if that changes anything.

Very frustrating!! You've done all the obvious things and eliminated all the obvious problems. Switching between wired and wireless ruled out driver problems -- as they are very different drivers. Switching between Windows and Linux also ruled out driver problems -- as again, they are very different drivers. Trying different hardware solutions (i.e., different adapters) also ruled out hardware and driver problems.

It's probably not the problem -- but don't know what else to suggest; notice you have 6GB of RAM. Is this 3-2GB sticks? Or is this 1-4GB stick and 1-2GB stick? Either way, I would remove the extra sticks and repeat the networking tests with only one stick at a time. Yeah -- it doesn't make sense that this is a Memory problem, but flaky memory can do weird things.

Already replaced 3 different adapters, 1 PCI-E, and 2 USB, and also as i mentioned before, reinstalled windows several times (which involves installing new drivers as well). Tested all of the adapters in different pcs and they work fine.

EDIT: I'll try to remove on of the ram sticks, and give it a try
