Limiting daily transfer

I have a large number of windows servers (2012 R2)
and I want to limit the daily transfer
the servers come with 100TB monthly transfer
and I want to prevent them from crossing 4TB in a single day

I take it off the network. Are these on a Virtual Machine, or on physical hardware? The best place for this kind of information is the technet forums for Microsoft and slipstick.com. Also windowsnetworking.com. Get to it, you will need a few cups of coffee or something to keep you going, while you create the scripts, etc. It does also help if you have a SoHo router that you can use Bandwidth management also.

I run all my servers as a VPS (HyperV)
it has the full power of the server I just use this as a way for really fast re installes
save a backup and just change over to it in VM controle

I have no land access to the servers so no idea what the router is

If only using hosting service, then I suggest that you talk to your provider who you are renting Rack Space from.

I did they said they have no idea how to limit it to daily usage

Then you may want to find someone to consult with, who is educated in how to do this area. There is also the info I posted before for you to look at.
