This problem started about 2 days ago when i was starting up my laptop from sleep mode. When i tried to troubleshoot it showed "Ethernet doesnt have a valid ip configuration". So i went through some online threads n tried the following.

I ran ipconfig/release, and it showed "no operation can be performed on local area connection* 13 while it has its media disconnected". The same result for local connection* 12 , WiFi, local area connection and bluetooth.

I ran netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt , n i got
Resetting Interface, OK!
Resetting Neighbor, OK!
Resetting Path, OK!
Resetting, failed.
Access is denied.
Restart the computer to complete this action.

So here is the ipconfig/all , please help. Computer model: Lenovo T440s Win8.1 64bit

I don't see IPv4 settings in your post (which is the usual way to access the internet).
Go to Control Panel (or click on Network Icon in taskbar)>Network & Sharing and click on "Change Adapter Settings", that will bring up your Network interface adapter . Then double click it and open its properties.
Is there a "check mark" next to Internet Protocol Version 4?
