Port Forwarded correctly on the router, but still locked

Hello guys, I hope you can help.

I've tried to forward some ports on my router (I did this many times in the past), but apparently I can't get it working. I just installed win 8.1 so I'm kind of a newbie here and this may be the reason?

Anyway, first take a look at the screenshot attached. It's a screen from my router TD-W8960N

The IP of the pc I'm trying to allow the traffic through is 192.168.1.115 obviously.

I've even tried to enable DMZ (with no avail) and disable win firewall. No matter what I did, ports remain closed.

Thoughts?

Check the Windows Firewall via Control Panel or start screen, make sure the ports are allowed.

As stated, the firewall is turned off.

I think port forwarding requires a static IP address, not one assigned by DHCP. Is yours static?

Guys, I appreciate the help, but did you actually read the first topic? I'm trying to open those ports fort the x.X.X.115 ip and I've correctly set up it both on the router and the pc. If I type ipconfig on cmd my computer is the 115.

You only need to set them, if you plan on someone connecting to your machine. Otherwise, you would not enter them. To properly set them up, go to portforward.com

In that case I would say, that you are behind the ISP's router, so there is nothing you can do.

Did you see the screenshot? I've already been on portforward and followed the guide, and again, ports are forwarded properly.

And I need them opened for gaming reasons

Well, that's not the case either, unless they decided to block me right on the same day when I installed win 8.1. It was working the day before with win 7!

The screenshot does nothing. It helps none of us.

If it worked in 7, it should work in 8 & 10,

Again go to the site I posted and it will walk you through, setting up Ports that you want forwarded.

It does help if you gave us your ISP, mfg of the modem/gateway & model.

I did read you posts(s) but nowhere do you state you are using a static IP.

To collect IP configuration information easily, do the following:

Open a Elevated Command Prompt:

Press WIN + X to open Start context menu.
Select Command Prompt (Admin)​.

Paste the following into the Command Prompt window, exactly as shown, including double quotes:

cmd /c "ipconfig /all > postme.txt & ping yahoo.com >> postme.txt & reg query "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" | find /i "proxy" >> postme.txt & notepad postme.txt & del postme.txt"

and press ENTER.

A file will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the contents here. Close the Notepad window and the file will be deleted and the Command Prompt window will also close. Post results in a reply here.
