I will try to describe my problem as best as I can, few times during the day, I lose access to the internet on my machine - I cant open any web page, but if I have a video running on when this problem occrus, for example live stream, it keeps going without problems. Sometime the internet access restores alone, sometime I need to turn off / on my lan adapter or restart PC.
windows 8.1 64bit, fully updated, using mcafee antivirus
I get an error in the event log, Source: AFD - Event ID 16002
error says ( i will try to translate it literally what it says ): Closing UDP socket with local port number 58344 ( these numbers vary ) in proces 1076 ( this number is always the same ) took longer than expected. Local port number may be unavailable till the closing operation is finished. Usually this happens because of faulty behavior of LAN drivers. Make sure, you have all Windows updates, all network software of other manufacturers, LAN drivers, firewalls or other safety software products installed.
I have all windows updates installed, mcafee fully updated, i reinstalled drivers from my motherboard manufacturer webpage. I hope someone can help me, this problem really sucks :(

my motherboard is 1.1 revision and i downloaded drivers from GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z77-D3H (rev. 1.1)
also i should have mentioned, that problems started like 2, maybe 3 weeks ago, before that, i never had had these problems, they dont happen too often ( once or twice per day, pc runs 10-14 hours a day ), but when it happens, it is annoying, i need to document somehow, what I do on the pc when it happens, but all I do is gaming ( online only ), web browsing ( watching live streams also )
i ll try uninstalling the mcafee software, it is useless anyway, i installed it only because i got 1year usage of it when i had bought my cpu

new error most likely causing internet access loss i would like to report and ask for help how to resolve it

Source: Schannel , ID event 36 887
my translation what is says:
From distant end point the following warning about critical error was received. Code of warning about critical error was defined by protocol TLS: 80.

edit: I changed my win language to english, so i can ctrl+c ctrl+v the exact windows saying of the error, without my possibly faulty translation. here it is:
A fatal alert was received from the remote endpoint. The TLS protocol defined fatal alert code is 80.

Try disabling McAfee and see what happens. Seen some strange problem with it lately.

no problem so far, i know it is probably too early to judge, but i also feel like the pc is more responsive without mcafee software ( and my pc is a little beast which should have no problem to run any home antivirus software )
i will keep this thread unresolved for 1 week, if i dont encounter the issue i reported in the 1st post, i will mark it as resolved
