wi fi connection issues with PC

Just changed ISP from AT&T to Xfinity. No problems with 2 tablets and 2 phones. PC in office will not connect to the wi-fi. I moved the computer to within 10 ft of the router and connected the 2 via ethernet and it works. Disconnect ethernet and it does not.
Troubleshotting attempts:
turned everthing off, disconnected cables, put it all back together ~ failed

Windows network diagnostics troubleshooting says the following:
Windows can't communicate with the device or resource (primary DNS server) Detected

When I attempt to connect back on to the ATT wireless signal it works no problem.
Xfinity says call Lenovo, Lenovo wants $80 to tell me whats going on.

Any suggestions?

Just get an Access Point and turn off the wireless on the gateway. The Comcast gateways are pretty much garbage.
