Who still needs NETBios?

I have two ports (137 and 138) that are listed in cmd prompt with netstat -abn, listed as UDP and listed as "cannot obtain ownership information". These are supposed to be for NETBios over TCP/IP forlegacy software, yes? I have NETBios over TCP/IP disabled, so what gives? I'm confused.

Thanks!

I do not have NetBIOS listening. Do you have TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service disabled as well?
Have you also deleted protocols like: Client for Microsoft Network and File and printer sharing?
