sec_error_expired_issuer_certificate

I just build a new computer last night. When I first booted it, everything was fine. Then I noticed the clock was a day fast. So I corrected it and ever since both ie and firefox give me sec_error_expired_issuer_certificate errors for all pages. Setting the clock a day ahead fixes it, but I don't want to leave the clock like that. What might be the cause of this and how can I fix it?

One other thing to check is the Time Zone and the Date, had one the other day with the certificate error and turned out the date was too far advanced, 2515. Set it correct and pages would load.
