My Networking is working for Browsign and FTP - at least, but not for Windows Update. It does not look right

Error shown in Network and Sharing Center

the dependecy service or group failed to start.

The icon on the taskbar shows an Yellow Exclamation sign, and says Ethernet Limited

I tried:netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ip reset reset.log

Rebooted, same...problem persists

After further looking, looks like 1/2 the services are not starting. Seems to to with having changed from microfoft account login to local account. Damn Widows left 1/2 the services on wrong account...

Funny is that the Accounts service no longer works, so I can't go back any way

The Accounts troubleshooter does not work...

SFC - nothing

Maybe I have to creat a new account?

Is there a way to clean an account? or to copy one account to another (everything)?
