I need to make Windows 8 STOP disabling the wifi adapter

Hey,

I'm trying to set up a hotspot with my laptop for my phone because I have no wifi. When I plug in an ethernet cable the wifi adapter becomes disabled. I need it to stay enabled. The reason I need to do this is because with NETSH WLAN commands you can create a wifi hotspot by sharing the internet connection on the wired adapter and broadcasting a ssid on the virtual wifi miniport adapter. ''netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=Hotspot key=Password''.But with my wifi adapter disabled the wireless autoconfig service (wlansvc) is not running, which is needed. When I try to enable my wifi adapter or the wireless autoconfig service they simply disable again directly after.
My network adapters are Intel(R) Dual Band wireless-N 7260 & Realtek PCle GBE Family controller.
There is no Intel® PROSet/Wireless software interfering, and I don't have any Wireless_autoswitch software installed on my laptop (as far as I know).

Please help me?
