How do I delete a mystery homegroup?

I wanted to start a homegroup, but when I got to the setup page it said 'Mark on MORPHEUS has created a homegroup on the network' and I need a password from him to join. As no-one called Mark lives here and I don't even know anyone called Mark that has ever visited my house, I would like to know how to delete this homegroup so I can set one up.

1. To remove a computer from a homegroup, follow these steps on the computer you want to remove:
   
   • Open HomeGroup by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, typing homegroup in the search box, and then clicking HomeGroup.
   • Click Leave the homegroup.
   • Click Leave the homegroup, and then click Finish.
   
   

How can I leave a homegroup I'm not in?

Delete only all the contents inside the hidden folder below, then restart the PC to see if that will reset Homegroup for you to then be able to create one.
