Good morning,
For the record I am a brand new user of a HP Pavilion 23-g017c (x64) AMD A6-5200 APU w/Radeon HD Graphics All-in-One computer, running Windows 8.1 and using IE 11 with Zone Alarm Firewall and Antivirus & Spyware installed.
Yesterday while checking out my Event Viewer I noticed that every time I rubbish down and restarted my computer I received an error message saying: HP Network Devices Support Service terminated with the following error: Error 126: The specified module could not be found.
The best I can figure is it might have started while I was uninstalling a program associated with my camera which I couldn't install properly.
I went to Services and located HP Network Devices Support. It was in a Stopped state and was set to Automatically Start (Delayed). When I tried to restart it I got a message saying "Windows could not start the HP Network Devices Support service on local computer"
Since I am getting this error at every restart is it something I should be worried about? If so, is there a way to get it back up and working?
Thanks and regards,
