Hi, I am running 8.1 in a VM with 2 virtual Ethernet NICs. The first one is bridged and identified as a private network. The second is host only with fixed IP and always comes up as "unknown". Both work fine.
At the moment (in the windows VM) I have changed all "Unknown Networks" to be private in Local Security Policy / Network List Manager Policies (so I use private firewall rules) but would rather have it identified than change all unidentified networks to be private.
Is this possible? What defines a network as identified on not?
