Hi!
I can not connect my laptop to the internet neither through cable connection nor wi-fi.

When I troubleshoot it, it shows two errors as below:
There might be a problem with the driver for the Ethernet adapter
There might be a problem with the driver for the Wi-Fi adapter

After trying these repairs, it says that none of them are fixed!

Can anyone help me with this please?
It'll be so much appreciated.

Download SLIMDRIVERS FREE and install it

This will scan all your hardware and get the most current drivers available

It has yet to fail me or any system i install it in...

Hi again

Thank you Brooklyn567 but it doesn't work!
I tried SLIMDRIVERS as you said but the problem is still remained!

Somewhere I read that a problem like this could be solved by disabling the card reader, but I don't know where i can find the card reader and how to disable it.

would you please help me with this?!

You want the official drivers

WLAN driver

Oh, this sounds very familiar... I know it seems obvious, but is the wifi switch physically in the ON position on your laptop?
Sometimes in handling the laptop the switch gets flipped to the OFF position.

Do you see the blue antenna symbol lit up on your laptop?
