Internet Sharing though Third-party softwares

I tired many third-party softwares like mhotspot and Mypublicwifi to share my windows 8.1 internet. It starts and in my phone it connects to the wifi created but I cant use internet in phonne. I cant browse anything and none of my apps loads internet.
How can i fix this? what settings do I need to do ?

I also use this.. virtual router.. but I'm having issues with connection going to a black hole somewhere.. these software's are basically same as running Netsh hostednetwork command.. just make sure you have your connection shared to allow net access.. Google Netsh hostednetwork and run that.. see if you can connect then. By pass the 3rd party software's.
If you open up network center you should see two connections up top.. both should say INTERNET
