Wireless Network Access Restriction

Hello Everyone,

I have an urge to block all other wireless stations other than one specific. (The reason is that I want my Laptop to be allowed surfing the internet only at my working place since I try to live 100% without the web at home i.e. no facebook no games! etc).
As I have seen to allow only for a certain WLAN router one can enter:
"netsh wlan add filter permission = allow/deny ssid=specific/all"
under system32 administrator command prompt.

PREFERABLY I would like to stay Administrator without the right to change "netsh wlan add filter...". If this is not possible please let me know how to protect System32 with a password. I have tried and googled but there were several issues:

1.)I do not see Command Prompt Options when I go for Search CMD -> Right Click the CMD console -> Properties.

2.)Under User Account settings (Search User -> User Account) I can switch between "Standard" and "Administrator" however when I do this I still can open the administrator command prompt! And moreover I am confused that theres two kinds of Administrators in Windows 8 so I not even know which of these it is)

3.)Search the System32 Folder -> Right Click -> ... The problem here is there are so many settings I do not know what to do without destroying my computer.

I am really getting frustrated. Please help with any ideas to block WLAN with a password protection, system32 command prompt or as a worst option give me just normal user right without deleting the files on my administrator account.

Thanks a lot.

Best,
JackyJohnny

Only way would be to leave the laptop at work and get rid of your Internet connection at home. Otherwise, there is no way in this day and age, to do it if you know how to access the administrator interface of the gateway or there is an open gateway hotspot around you.

You can't. If you think about it for a second, any restriction you impose on the unit can be undone by you any time you want. So the only answer here is either the restraint you've already shown or doing as suggested and leaving the work laptop at work as much as possible.
