Why is my Internet not working correctly?

Hello, My computer has been running off an Ethernet for a long time because my computer is inapplicable of reviving WiFi. and earlier today my Ethernet Internet has been acting weird, as in like the network and sharing center says i am connected to the internet but everytime i try to do anything on my computer that requires acsessing the internet (Steam, Skype, Google Chrome, Etc...) and i have tried almost everything, i have went into CMD and cleared the DNS Cache i have messed about with the Ipv6 and Ipv4 settings and checked my router and motem and it is all the same i haven't changed it at all and i have also done a system restore and it is still not working please help! (Sorry if their were and grammatical mistakes English is not my first language)
And i also I found this whilst browsing about my task manager

And right before this happened i was cleaning my computer with an anti-virus and nothing was wrong?
