I already posted this in the 'General Help' forum but I wasn't sure if it belonged here.
I know it's an issue with my laptop because every other device works fine on the network. When it does manage to stay connected (for a short time) my speeds are terrible. I get about 4 down and 5 up. My other wifi devices get between 12-20 upload and 15-25 download. When I connect via ethernet I get about 100-130 down and 15 up.
This is beyond frustrating, especially when you're trying to research a paper or do online homework.
I sense there is something going on between my wireless driver and the router but I don't know what to do.
EDIT: Here are the errors:
1) "The connection between your access point, router, or cable modem and the internet is broken."
2) "The default gateway is not available"
