Undefined network issue,

I’m used to be connected to the network as shown in the first screenshot but now I’m getting “Undefined network” knowing that the laptop is physically connected to a switch by cable and the switch is connected to the router.

What might be the issue here? How to fix it?

Thank you

Best

Jamal

You need to embed the screenshot, not attach as a file. Undefined network, just means that it has not been named (ie home, work, etc.). Mainly for Firewall reasons, is why you usually get that message.

Many thanks broe23 for the help,

The firewall is turned off, nevertheless, the problem persists to exist.

What other settings should be adjusted to let it work?
