Automate login to browser - wifi

I am looking for this on the internet, but until now i was unable to found
I have a asus notebook running windows 8.1. I work on a college, and the wifi network don´t has a wpa key to connect. But once the computer connects to the network, it requires a login using the browser, where i give my login, password and must check a box with the agreement with the accesss terms.
Everytime i open my computer there i must do this routine.
I´d like to know if it is possible to aumotate this process, allowing the computer to do this login everytime it detects the network connection.
I´ve already done this with my android phone, but i didn´t find a way to the windows 8.1
I hope someone can help me solving this problema
    Thank you

I am currently using: Best Password Manager, 1 click Form Filler, Cloud, Android, iOS Password Manager / Sticky Password which is a paid version. However, you can use a free version: KeePass Password Safe and then install the plug-ins for the browser such as firefox/chrome/opera to automate the login process

If it is a Captive Portal. They may be using a rotating key in the cookie. So using some type of automated login may cause problems sometime down the road.
