Connected to Router with no errors, but no internet.

Hello
My mothers pc has a problem that occured about 5 days ago after a factory reset of our router, done by our ISP.
It says that it is connected to the internet with both wireless and LAN, but it cannot load any web pages. I've tried using the CMD to ping the websites and there are no problems with the pings, i've never seen anything like this before, so i hoped that someone here could help me with this weird issue.
(No other computers on the network has this problem. Not even my own laptop with the same wifi and ethernet cards.)

You need to decide which connection you want to use. You cannot use both at the same time. You may want to trying the following two commands: ipconfig /flush dns netsh winsock reset catalog
