Hello everyone!
So I've had this problem before and I went to a PC-Shop that fixed it by putting another driver on the PC.
But now I have a new PC and after 6 months without any problems Windows suddenly decides there is no ethernet cable plugged in the PC. I've googled for hours and hours trying diffrent things, but nothing seems to work . The cable itself is fine because when I plug it into my laptop it works fine. I've updated my driver, deleted it and try to reinstall, which also failed. I tried out some commands through CMD, which also failed. And now I'm at the point where I have no clue what to do, so I hope you guys can help me with it!
It is a custom-build PC with a Asus Z87-A motherboard (in-case that's necessary to know) and the driver that's installed is Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. OS: Windows 8.1. If there is anything more you need to know feel free to ask!
Please help me! Thanks in advance!
