Solved Bluetooth - What Can You Do By Pairing Desktop to Laptop?

Hey guys, im starting to explore bluetooth in Win 8.1 -
What Can You Do By Pairing Desktop to Laptop? I cant think of what the use of doing this would be.. .can anyone provide examples please?

You cannot use Bluetooth to pair two computers. Only for Bluetooth capable mice & keyboards.

Strange... i was able to connect.... isnt that what Join a Personal Area Network is for?

You can also pair cellphones, Palm Pilot PDAs and some tablets.

You might (conceivably) want to do it if your two computers were not on the same network. It would be pretty slow though.

The problem is Adam. That what Bluetooth is supposed to do. Does not work on all computers running Windows 8.x.x. It is more of a hit or miss if it works. What may work on one computer or tablet, may not work on another. Also, not every laptop comes with Bluetooth capability.

As for not pairing two computers. Yes it is slow. It would be like trying to use USB 2.0 for a file transfer.
