How to reset the internet driver back to it's default settings?

Internet driver ???? no such animal, what you have there is "Network adapter". Best way would be to reload the driver for it, it should go back to defaults.

You would go to the Driver tab and Uninstall the existing Driver.

roll it back

MS/your OEM installed your original drivers as part of your OS, your nearly there, your screenshot was on advanced not driver. if your drivers have been updated AND DO NOT WORK, you can roll them back see my screenshot, if there working properly leave them be.

"Roll Back Driver" is not clickable,i just want to restore the settings in "Advanced" tab to default,i changed them but i don't remember which,is uninstalling the only way?

Just fastest and most practical way to do it. There's nothing to it, just uninstall, restart computer and it will install original one.
Question is why were you changing those parametars, if something was wrong, it might be better to find another driver.

You can also just uninstall the driver then just right click on Network Adaptors in Device manager and choose "scan for changes" which will reinstall the driver without having to reboot.
