Hi,
i just bought a new laptop lenovo z510 with windows 8, it has issues connecting with wifi. it gives the following error
"the settings saved on this computer do not match the requirements of the network".

i tried looking for it over the net still all the solutions are for windows 7 or vista, i go to control panel>network and Internet> network and sharing centre>

i am trying everything possible to sort out this issue, kindly help me in this, do consider it is windows 8 and it does not have manage wireless networks option.

when i switch off my wifi router for 10-15 sec and switch it on then for some time the net connects but after sometime same issue.

also i have tried forget the network and again select it still nothing works.

Kindly help, Thanks you.

Have you tried to update "Windows Updates" this system using a wired connection?

Which make/model router are you using for this connection?

yes i did... router is of TP-LINK Model : TL-WR941ND

If you did all the Windows updates then you should see another update for Windows 8.1 showing up in the Windows store.

Try updating to Windows 8.1 and see if the problem persists.

It could be your wireless card, or at least, the driver for it. If you can find the most current driver for your wireless card, download it and reinstall it. WiFi connectivity problems surface quite a bit, and often times it's one of two things: Wireless card driver or router configuration.
