Can I control Netflix on one Win 8.1 PC from another PC?

I have the version of Windows 8.1 that does not include Remote Desktop. I want to be able to control my HTPC which is running Windows 8.1 from my other Windows 8.1 PCs. In particular, I want to be able to use one of these other PCs to launch and control the Netflix and Hulu apps.

I tried TeamViewer, but it seems to change the screen resolution when I login with it to something that is not supported by the Netflix or Hulu apps. Something like Xbox Smartglass, except instead of controlling an Xbox, I want to control another Windows 8.1 PC.

If you have an iPhone, iPad, or Droid phone or tablet, you can download Mobile Mouse Pro - It's 5 bucks - to control your mouse from the potatocouch.

It's the best wifi based remote there is, it works best on iOS devices, but I have it on my droid tablet as well and it works almost as good.

The only way you would be able to use Windows 8 to control a Windows 8 machine, would be to have a Windows 8 phone and I believe you can download Mobile Mouse Pro for that too.
