There is obviously a problem with the system. You could try to do a repair install to fix the problem files. There is a tutorial on how to do that here in the tutorial section.

I did the repair install, and it is still having the same problem.

I uninstalled the driver
manually installed the drivers from Asus' support site
Manually updated the driver in the device manager by locating the files I just installed

Any idea what the Base System Device's are though? I don't know which drivers to install for those

My wired connection did the same thing this morning. Said Unidentified network. Ran the trouble shooter which fixed it. After reboot it's working again.
